Healthy Ragi Porridge for 8-12months baby

Ragi porridge recepie for babies 


 Ragi Porridge is nutritious and healthy for babies. It is rich in iron and easy to digest.This recepie is suitable for babies aged 8 to 12 months.

Ingredients 

*Ragi flour - 1 tbsp

*Water - 1 cup

*Jaggery powder - 1 tbsp optional 

Method 

1. Dry roast ragi flour in low flame.

2. Add water slowly and mix well. 

3. Cook till thick without lumps.

4. Add jaggery and cook till 2 minutes.

5. Cool completely before feeding.

Tips

. Donot add salt or sugar.

. Always feed fresh.

. Check temperature before feeding.
